She was caring, patient, and took her time with my grandmother. She was very understanding with my grandmother who has dementia, she was understanding of my grandmothers state and treated her with respect and kindness like a family member. They were also really great with filling in days that I needed them in case I had more work to do and made sure my grandmother had someone to watch and care for her. Living Well has been so helpful in the transition of care for my mom from a rehab facility back to her home. They took great care in visiting her while in the rehab facility and coordinating a caregiver to be at the home within an hour of her discharge. Marjorie has been very thorough and communicative in coordinating her care as her needs change. I couldn’t imagine navigating my mom’s care without the help of the staff and caregivers of Living Well.

My Mother, Charlotte Cain, was a client of yours. My family and I are very grateful for the care she received from Nancy Toedna and Loy Williams. During the last month of my mother’s life, she received hospice care along with 24-hour live-in care from Nancy and Loy. My sister and I, as well as our family and friends, were very disturbed about some untrue and unfounded rumors that developed after her death. We know they both gave loving and professional care during her last days and I know that she greatly appreciated their efforts.
I would like to thank you and your staff for the beautiful red rose you sent me for my birthday. The rose, planted in the yard, is already thriving. Also, I thank you for the elegant dark red African violet for Mother’s Day. It, too, is thriving, but in the house by the window for all who enter to admire. This is in regard to Thelma Morris, also known as Aunt Teen. She had the best of care Dec 2010 through Feb 2011 from Rottie and Ruth, then later from Emilie. Thank you so very much for helping her in her time of need. Aunt Teen told me she couldn’t be without her girls. You made her life better by being there for her.
